02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing queenplay, registering an account, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
- You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms;

- You accept queenplay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

03 Player Eligibility
To register and use queenplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement reflects the legal gambling age applicable under PAGCOR-aligned regulations for online casino gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
- Residency: queenplay's services are intended for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Certain services may be restricted based on your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Individuals who are legally prohibited from gambling — including by court order, guardian restriction, or voluntary self-exclusion — may not register.
- Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered with or have applied to any self-exclusion program, including queenplay's own self-exclusion facility.
- Single Account: You must not currently hold another active queenplay account.
Age Verification: queenplay conducts mandatory KYC verification on all accounts. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any real-money deposit balance will be returned to the deposit source after applicable review. Misrepresentation of age is a serious violation of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.
04 Account Registration & Security
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on queenplay. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:
- Your legal full name as it appears on your valid Philippine government-issued ID;
- A valid email address that you own and actively monitor;
- A valid Philippine mobile number (used for OTP verification, two-factor authentication, and withdrawal processing);
- Your date of birth (for age verification purposes).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your queenplay login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. queenplay will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify queenplay immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
KYC Requirement: queenplay may request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all deposits on queenplay:
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Peso).
- Ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts (GCash, bank accounts, etc.) registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited.
- Currency: All queenplay wallet balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- Processing Times: GCash and Maya deposits process instantly. Bank transfer deposits (InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically process within minutes but may take up to two (2) banking hours in exceptional cases.
- Deposit Fees: queenplay does not charge deposit processing fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
- Declined Deposits: queenplay reserves the right to decline deposits where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected. Declined deposit amounts are returned to the originating payment method.
No Deposit of Proceeds of Crime: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your queenplay account are from legitimate sources and do not represent the proceeds of any unlawful activity. queenplay cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) requirements as applicable.
06 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your queenplay wallet are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso).
- Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's name. This policy is maintained for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
- KYC Prerequisite: queenplay requires completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Players who have not completed KYC will have their withdrawal request held pending verification.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours on business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day.
- Bonus Balance: Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money balance remaining after applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled may be withdrawn.
- Withdrawal Fees: queenplay does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard requests. Your receiving payment provider may apply inbound transfer fees.
- Right to Review: queenplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or where unusual activity is detected.
Inactive Account Balances: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. queenplay may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee to dormant accounts after appropriate notice has been issued to the registered email address.
07 Bonuses & Promotions
queenplay offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published with each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply across all queenplay promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using different accounts or identity details are a prohibited activity under Section 9.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
- Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute less than slot games to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
- Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum real-money amount convertible from bonus winnings is capped at ten times (10×) the bonus amount.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on queenplay — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, bingo, Dragon Tiger, Pirate Fishing, Go Rush, and all other game titles — are operated using certified software from licensed game providers. The following conditions apply:
- RNG Certification: All queenplay digital casino games (non-live games) use independently certified RNG software. Certification results are available on request.
- Live Dealer Games: queenplay Casino live dealer games are operated using optical card recognition and live video broadcast from certified studio facilities. Game results are determined by physical outcomes (real cards, real wheels) and are independently monitored.
- Published RTPs: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published or available from game providers for all slot and digital casino games.
- Technical Failures: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. queenplay will not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a malfunctioning game round.

09 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on queenplay and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
- Registering as an individual under 21 years of age or providing false identity information;
- Creating or operating more than one queenplay account;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats;
- Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the queenplay platform, including auto-betting programs;
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or the platform itself, and failing to report such errors immediately to queenplay support;
- Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using queenplay for money laundering purposes;
- Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts or using false information to claim promotional bonuses;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing queenplay staff, live dealers, or other players via the platform's live chat or any other communication channel;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the queenplay platform's technical infrastructure;
- Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: queenplay reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances (including deposited real-money funds where permitted by applicable law), void all pending and historical wagers connected to the prohibited activity, and report the conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
queenplay may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
- Request by the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure);
- Direction from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or any competent Philippine authority;
- Detection of underage gambling;
- Account inactivity as defined in Section 6.
Upon account closure by the player's voluntary request, queenplay will process the withdrawal of any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the queenplay platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any queenplay content without express written permission;
- Reverse engineering or decompiling any software component of the queenplay platform;
- Creating derivative works based on queenplay's content, design, or software;
- Using the queenplay brand, name, or logo in any manner without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of queenplay's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, queenplay's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
queenplay shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the platform;
- Loss of profits, income, or revenue caused by platform downtime, game malfunction, or payment processing delays;
- Loss or corruption of data, including account history or game records;
- Any harm arising from a player's reliance on platform content for financial decision-making;
- Acts of third parties, including payment processors, internet service providers, or game software providers, that affect platform availability or player experience.
queenplay makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and technical issues beyond queenplay's control may result in temporary platform unavailability. queenplay will endeavour to communicate planned outages in advance where possible.
14 Privacy & Data Protection
queenplay collects, processes, and stores personal data from players in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Your personal information — including your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention. queenplay does not sell personal data to third parties.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Continued access to or use of the queenplay platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
